The option to use your points will appear in your basket once you have accumulated 1000 Paw Points or more.

You will be awarded Bonus Paw Points as you accumulate regular points. For every 10,000 Paw Points you accrue we will give you 1000 Paw Points absolutely free!

Is there a limit to how many Paw Points I can earn?

No! Every member can earn unlimited Paw Points.

Can I transfer the Paw Points to another person?

Unfortunately the points are not directly transferable, but you an use your Paw Points towards one of our online Gift Vouchers (details available shortly).

Will I earn Paw Points for my delivery and handling fees?

Sorry, your delivery and handling fees are excluded when calculating the amount of Paw Points you'll earn.

What happens to my Paw Points if I have an item refunded?

If an items is purchased using Paw Points you'd earned by purchasing that product will be deducted from your account.

Can I redeem my Paw Points for cash?

No, Paw Points are only redeemable with a sale on Petz Plaza.

Can I redeem my Paw Points against any of the Homely Petz' services?

No, Paw Points are only redeemable on products on the online store not the services; although if you pay for any Homely Petz service online you will earn Paw Points as though you were buying a product.

If an items is purchased by using Paw Points in conjunction with any other kind of payment, we will refund the money and the Paw Points you have used.
